3. 数えるもの（個人を特定しない数え方）
運営者が記録するのは、次の「回数」だけです。記録は、運営者が自分で用意した数える場所（Cloudflare というサービスの上で動く小さなプログラム「Workers」と、数をためておく「データベース」）に入ります。

- 1回ごとの記録に入るのは、次のものだけです。日付（日本時間）、道具の名前、数えるものの種類（上の表の「記録の名前」）、言語（日本語／英語）、どこから来たかの5つの分類（検索／X／共有されたリンク／直接／その他）、あれば結果の番号・ボタンの種類・行き先・文面の版、そして「このページを開いている間で初めてか」を示す0か1です（ページを開き直すと、また「初めて」から数えます）。同じ組み合わせは1行にまとまり、回数だけが増えます（人ごとの行は作りません）。

- 記録しないもの：答え、画像、ファイル名、IPアドレス、ブラウザや端末の情報、画面の内容、Cookie。
- 運営者の試験と、プログラムによる自動のアクセス（ロボット）は数えません。自動のアクセスかどうかは、ブラウザが名乗る名前の文字（ユーザーエージェント）をその場で見て判定するだけで、記録しません。
- 使い道：どの道具・どの文面が見られているかを知り、直すためだけです。広告には使いません。
- 保存期間：90日たつと消えます（毎日1回、それより古い記録を消します）。集計した数（件数だけ。個人につながらない）は残すことがあります。
- 「共有」は、共有ボタンが押された回数です。実際に投稿されたかどうかは、運営者には分かりません。
4. Cookieと端末への保存
この道具は、Cookieを使いません。運営者が端末（ブラウザ）に保存するのは、次の小さな設定だけです（【診断】の途中の答えを置く「ページの行き来の記録」は、下の2つ目の項目）。

- ページを開いている間だけ、画面の中（パソコンやスマホが一時的に覚えておく場所）で「この操作は、このページで初めてか」を覚えます（人数と回数を分けて数えるため）。端末には保存しません。ページを閉じる・開き直すと消えます。この印そのものは運営者に送らず、送るのは「初めて（1）か、そうでない（0）か」だけです。
- 【診断】質問の途中の答え（何問目かと、選んだ番号）は、「戻る」ボタンと読み直しのために、このタブの「ページの行き来の記録」（ブラウザの履歴。技術の名前は history.state）の中に置きます。運営者のサーバーには送らず、Cookie や、ブラウザのほかの保存場所（localStorage、sessionStorage）にも書きません。アドレスの終わりに出るのは「#q2」のような質問の番号だけで、答えは出ません。結果の画面は、読み直したときに同じ結果が出るように、結果の番号だけを同じ履歴に置きます（答えは置きません）。この番号は、第3条で数えている「結果の種類」と同じ情報で、新しく増える情報ではありません。この記録は、ふつうはそのタブを閉じると使えなくなり、ブラウザの履歴を消しても消えます。ただし、ブラウザの「タブの復元」などの機能で、ブラウザ自身が履歴を端末に残すことがあります（ブラウザごとに違い、運営者は確かめられていません）。
- 運営者が試験をするとき、アドレスに付ける試験用の印（
?internal=1）は、そのページを開いている間だけ有効で、端末には保存しません。
- 端末への保存を止めても、道具は使えます（言語はそのたびに端末の設定に合わせます）。
5. 外の会社に送られる情報
この道具は、外の会社の計測サービス、広告、外部の文字フォント、SNSの部品を使いません。ページも、数える通信も、公開先の Cloudflare, Inc.（米国の会社）のサービスの上で動き、この道具の住所にだけ送られます（ブラウザが他の場所へ送らない設定にしています）。
- Cloudflareのネットワークは、通信の記録にIPアドレスなどの限られた個人データを含むことがあると公式に説明しています（https://www.cloudflare.com/trust-hub/gdpr/ 、確認日 2026-10-16）。運営者は、この道具のプログラムでIPアドレスを読み取らず、保存も使用もしません。自動のアクセスを数えないために、ブラウザが名乗る名前の文字をその場で見ますが、記録しません。通信の詳しい記録（ログ）を残す機能は切っています。

6. 次のサービスへのリンクの「印」
結果の画面などに、運営者の別のサービスや、別の道具（このサイトの棚）へのリンクがあります。リンクには、どの道具から来たかを示す短い印を付けます。アドレスの中の次の3つです：tool=（道具の名前）、src=（来た経路の印）、ref=（紹介の印がある場合だけ）。印は文字と数字だけで、あなたを特定する情報は含みません。リンクを押したあとは別のサービスです。そこでのデータの扱い（この印を保存して数えることを含む）は、そのサービスのプライバシーの説明に従います。
7. お問い合わせ
連絡は、Xの返信（メンション）でお願いします。公開の場なので、名前や連絡先は書かないでください。運営者は、あなたを特定できる情報を持っていません。返事はXの公開の返信で行い、いただいた内容は返事をするためだけに使います。
8. 子ども
この道具は個人情報を集めない作りです。13歳未満の方は、保護者の方と一緒に使ってください。
9. あなたの権利、変更
- 開示・訂正・削除のお求めも、X の @haru_hive へ返信（メンション）でどうぞ。公開の場なので、名前や連絡先は書かないでください。無料です。運営者はあなたを特定できる情報を持っていないため、多くの場合、消す物がありません。
- 第3条の「回数」は、だれの物か見分けられないため、個別にお見せしたり消したりすることはできません。
- この説明を変えるときは、このページに日付を付けて載せます。新しい物を集めるようになる（たとえばメールを聞く）ときは、先に説明を直し、必要なら同意をいただきます。

The short version (the full notice below is what counts)
- No login. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
- [Quiz] We do not send your answers to us, and we do not store them. Only while you are partway through, your answers are kept inside this tab's browser history so the Back button works. On the result screen, only the result number is kept there, never your answers (section 4). [Image converter] Your image is processed only on your own device and is never sent to us.
- We count only these: page opens, starts, results shown, times the save or share button was pressed, opens from a shared link, and times the link to the next service was pressed. We cannot tell who pressed what.
- We do not use cookies (tiny notes that a browser keeps). The only thing we save on your device is your language setting (only when you press the language button). A "first time?" mark is remembered only inside the open page and disappears when you close it. For the [Quiz], the browser history that holds your in-progress answers is described in section 4.
1. Who runs this
This tool is run from Japan by the pseudonym Haru. Contact: Mention @haru_hive_en on X. It's public, so please don't include personal details.

3. What we count (without identifying anyone)
We record only the following "counts". They are kept in a counting place that the operator set up: a small program on Cloudflare (called "Workers") and its database.

- Each record holds only these things: the date (Japan time), the tool name, what was counted (the "record name" in the table above), the language (Japanese or English), where the visit came from in five classes (search / X / shared link / direct / other), when there is one the result number, button kind, destination or wording version, and a 0 or 1 saying whether it is the first time while this page is open (if you reload the page, it counts as a first time again). Identical combinations are merged into one row and only the number goes up (there is no row per person).
- Where you came from is turned into one of the five classes inside your own browser. The address of the page you came from is not sent and not recorded.
- The short marks at the end of a link (
?src= and ?ref= in the address; ?ref= is a referral mark) are counted as text: lower-case letters, digits and . _ - only, 24 characters at most. The operator uses these marks only for short words that say which entrance was used, and does not issue a different mark for each person. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated first. Please do not add names or anything personal to a link.
- What is not recorded: your answers, your images, file names, your IP address, browser or device information, what is on your screen, cookies.
- The operator's own tests and automated (robot) visits are not counted. Whether a visit is a robot is judged by looking at the name your browser gives itself (the "user agent") on the spot; it is not recorded.
- Why: only to see which tools and which wordings are being viewed, so they can be improved. Not for advertising.
- How long: records are deleted after 90 days (a clean-up runs once a day and removes older records). Totals that cannot be tied to a person (counts only) may be kept.
- "Share" means the number of times the share button was pressed. The operator cannot tell whether anything was actually posted.
4. Cookies and device storage
This tool does not use cookies. The operator saves only this small setting on your device (in your browser). (The [Quiz] keeps your in-progress answers in your browser history: see the second bullet below.)

- While the page is open, it remembers inside the page (in the short-term memory of your computer or phone) whether an action is the first time on this page, so that people and counts can be told apart. It is not saved on your device. It is gone when you close or reload the page. The mark itself is never sent to the operator; only "first time (1) or not (0)" is sent.
- [Quiz] Your in-progress answers (which question you are on, and the numbers you picked) are kept inside this tab's back-and-forward list, which is part of the browser history (its technical name is history.state), so the Back button and a reload work. They are not sent to our servers and are not written to cookies or to the browser's other storage places (localStorage, sessionStorage). The end of the address shows only the question number, such as "#q2", never your answers. The result screen keeps only the result number in the same history, so a reload shows the same result (never your answers). That number is the same "which result" information counted in section 3, not new information. Normally this list stops being usable when you close the tab, and it is erased when you clear your browser history. However, a browser feature such as "restore tabs" may keep the history on your device on its own (it differs by browser, and the operator has not been able to verify it).
- When the operator tests, a test mark in the address (
?internal=1) works only while that page is open and is not saved on your device.
- The tool works even if you block this storage (the language then follows your device's setting each time).
5. Information sent to other companies
This tool does not use another company's analytics, ads, web fonts or social media parts. The pages and the counting messages both run on the services of the host, Cloudflare, Inc. (a US company), and go only to this tool's own address (the browser is set not to send anywhere else).
- Cloudflare says its network may include limited personal data, such as IP addresses, in its connection records (https://www.cloudflare.com/trust-hub/gdpr/ , checked 2026-10-16). The tool's program does not read, store or use IP addresses. To avoid counting robots it looks at the name your browser gives itself on the spot, but does not record it. The feature that keeps detailed request logs is switched off.
- The host (Cloudflare) may handle data on computers (servers) outside Japan. What the operator receives from this tool is only the "counts" in section 3, which contain nothing that can identify you.
- [Image converter] Your image is processed only on your device. That it does not go out on the internet is checked by a browser rule that only allows sending to this tool's own address (called CSP) and by the operator's automated test (no message that contains an image while converting).
6. The "mark" on the link to the next service
The result screen and other places have links to another service of the operator, or to another tool (the shelf of this site). A link carries short marks in its address showing which tool you came from: tool= (the tool name), src= (a mark for the route you came by) and ref= (only when there is a referral mark). The marks are letters and digits only and contain nothing that identifies you. After you press the link you are on another service. How it handles data, including whether it keeps and counts these marks, follows that service's own privacy notice.
7. If you contact us
Please contact us by mentioning us on X. It is a public place, so please don't include your name or contact details. We do not hold information that identifies you. We reply publicly on X and use what you send only to reply.
8. Children
The Tool is built not to collect personal information. Children under 13 should use it with a parent or guardian.
9. Your rights, and changes
- For access, correction, or deletion requests, also mention @haru_hive_en on X. It's public, so please don't include personal details. It is free. We do not hold information that identifies you, so in most cases there is nothing to delete.
- The counts in section 3 cannot be linked to you, so we cannot show or delete them for you individually.
- If we change this notice, we will post it here with its date. If we start collecting something new (for example, asking for an email address), we will update the notice first and ask for consent where needed.
- If you are in the EU, the UK, California, or another place whose law gives you privacy rights, tell us what you are asking for and we will respond under the law that applies. The operator is based in Japan and has no office or representative in the EU or UK.
