1. この規約について
この規約は、このサイト で提供する無料の道具「波の道具」（以下「この道具」）を使うときの約束です。この道具を使った時点で、この規約に同意したものとして扱います。運営者は日本から運営しています（「運営・問い合わせ」のページを見てください）。
2. 無料で、予告なく変わることがあります
この道具は無料で、登録やログインは要りません。運営者は、予告なく内容を変えたり、止めたり、やめたりすることがあります。止めたときに、あなたへ代わりの物を用意する約束はしません。
3. 【診断】結果について
結果は、あらかじめ書いた文章から、あなたの選んだ答えにあわせて選んで出す娯楽です（診断のたびにAI（人工知能）がその場で作っているわけではありません）。仮装の提案は気軽な案です。実際に着る・使うときは、視界、足元、周りの人、場所のルール、天気や体調に合わせて、自分で安全を確かめてください。
4. 【画像変換】仕上がりについて
- 画像はあなたの端末（ブラウザ）の中で変換します。運営者のコンピューター（サーバー）には送りません（プライバシーの説明も見てください）。
- 変換すると、画質が下がることがあります。PNGの透明な部分は、JPGでは背景の色（白など）で塗られます。ファイルによっては変換できないことがあります。
- 変換した画像は、使う前にあなたが確かめてください。元のファイルは消えないので、大事なものは残してください。
5. あなたの画像・入力について
- 画像や文章の権利は、あなたに残ります。運営者は取りません。
- 自分に使う権利がある画像だけを使ってください。他の人の著作物、顔や個人が分かる写真などは、その人の権利や気持ちに気をつけてください。
- 他の人の権利を侵したことで起きたことは、あなたの責任です。
6. キャラクターについて
この道具に出てくるキャラクター（Buzz、Roya など）は、運営者が道具づくりに使っているAIに付けた名前をもとにした、架空のキャラクターです。実在の人物ではありません。セリフは運営者が用意した文章で、あなたの行動をすすめたり保証したりするものではありません。
7. 結果カードの保存と共有
- 結果カードは、あなたが保存したり、SNSなどで共有したりできます。
- 共有は、あなたの判断で、あなたの責任で行ってください。他の人の名前や写真などを、その人の同意なく載せないでください。
- SNSなど外のサービスでの扱いは、そのサービスの規約に従います。
- 運営者があなたの投稿を求めたり、投稿に見返りを付けたりしません。
8. してはいけないこと
- この道具や運営者のコンピューター（サーバー）に、動きが重くなるほどの負担をかける、攻撃する、仕組みを悪用すること。
- 運営者や他の人の権利を侵すこと、法律に反することに使うこと。
- この道具の結果やキャラクターを、運営者が推薦・保証しているかのように見せること。
- この道具を、運営者になりすまして配ること。
9. 権利
この道具の文章・デザイン・プログラムの権利は、運営者（または使わせてもらっている相手）にあります。結果カードをSNSなどに載せるのは自由です。この道具そのものを、運営者の許可なく配ったり売ったりしないでください。
10. 保証しないこと・責任
この道具は無料で、今ある状態のまま提供します。結果の正しさ、仕上がり、いつでも使えること、あなたの目的に合うことを保証しません。運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、この道具を使ったことで生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。ただし、法律（消費者契約法など）によりこの免責が認められない場合は、その範囲で法律に従います。
11. ほかのサービスへのリンク
この道具には、運営者の別のサービスや外部のサイトへのリンクがあります。リンクを押すと、そのサービスに移ります。移った先は別のサービスで、その規約とプライバシーの説明に従います。値段や条件がある場合は、移った先に書かれているものが正です。運営者の別のサービスの案内は、運営者自身の案内です（第三者のおすすめではありません）。

1. About these terms
These terms cover the free tool "Wave Tools" at this site ("the Tool"). By using the Tool, you agree to them. The Tool is run from Japan (see "About & contact").
2. It is free, and it can change without notice
The Tool is free and needs no sign-up or login. The operator may change, pause, or end it at any time without notice, and does not promise to provide a replacement.
3. [Quiz] About your result
Results are picked from texts written in advance, based on the answers you choose. They are entertainment, and the Tool does not use AI to generate a new answer each time. Costume ideas are casual suggestions. Before you wear or use anything, check your own safety: what you can see, where you step, the people around you, local rules, the weather, and how you feel.
4. [Image converter] About the output
- Your image is converted on your own device, in your browser. It is not sent to the operator's computers (servers) (see also the Privacy Notice).
- Converting can lower quality. Transparent parts of a PNG are filled with a background color (such as white) in a JPG. Some files may not convert.
- Check the converted image before you use it. Your original file is not deleted, so keep anything important.
5. Your images and input
- You keep your rights to your images and text. The operator does not take them.
- Use only images you have the right to use. Be careful with other people's work, and with photos that show people's faces or identify them.
- You are responsible for anything that results from infringing someone else's rights.
6. The characters
The characters in the Tool (such as Buzz and Roya) are fictional characters named after the AI tools the operator uses to build the Tool. They are not real people. Their lines are texts prepared by the operator, and they are not advice or a promise about what you should do.
7. Saving and sharing your result card
- You can save your result card or share it on social media.
- Sharing is your choice and your responsibility. Do not put other people's names or photos on it without their consent.
- Other services, such as social media, have their own terms.
- The operator does not ask you to post, and does not attach any reward to posting.
8. What you may not do
- Overload or attack the Tool or the operator's computers (servers), or abuse how it works.
- Infringe the operator's or anyone else's rights, or use the Tool for anything unlawful.
- Present the Tool's results or characters as if the operator endorses or guarantees something.
- Pass yourself off as the operator.
9. Rights
The text, design, and code of the Tool belong to the operator (or to those who license them to the operator). You are free to post your result card. Please do not copy, redistribute, or sell the Tool itself without permission.
10. No warranty, and limits on liability
The Tool is provided free and as is. We do not guarantee that results are correct, that the output is good, that the Tool is always available, or that it fits your purpose. Except where the operator acts intentionally or with gross negligence, the operator is not liable for loss from using the Tool. Where the law (for example, Japan's Consumer Contract Act, or consumer law where you live) does not allow this limit, the law applies to that extent.
11. Links to other services
The Tool links to other services by the operator and to outside sites. When you click, you leave the Tool. The place you arrive is a separate service with its own terms and privacy notice. If there are prices or conditions, the ones shown there are what counts. A link to another service by the operator is the operator's own promotion, not an independent recommendation.
12. Changes, governing law, and contact
- We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with its date. If you keep using the Tool after a change, you agree to the new terms.
- Japanese law governs these terms. If a dispute arises, you and the operator agree that the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court is the court of first instance. This does not take away any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
