iPhoneやiPadは「写真アプリに保存」を押して、次の画面で「画像を保存」を選びます。「ファイルに保存」を選ぶと、写真アプリではなくファイルアプリに入ります。Androidやパソコンは「保存する」で、端末の「ダウンロード」に入ります。On iPhone or iPad, tap “Save to Photos” and choose “Save Image” on the next screen. “Save to Files” puts it in the Files app, not in Photos. On Android or a computer, “Save” puts the file in your Downloads folder.
HEICの写真が変換できませんMy HEIC photo won't convert
HEICは、ブラウザによっては開けません。iPhoneの「設定 → カメラ → フォーマット」を「互換性優先」にして撮りなおすか、スクリーンショット（PNG）で試してください。Some browsers can't open HEIC photos. On iPhone, set Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible and shoot again, or try a screenshot (PNG).
JPGにしたら、元より大きくなりましたThe JPG came out bigger than the original
色の少ないスクリーンショットなどは、JPGにすると大きくなることがあります。「ほかの画像も変換する」でもう一度画像を選び、「細かい設定」で画質を下げてから変換してください。それでも大きいときは、元の画像のほうが軽いので、JPGでなくてよければ元のまま使ってください。Screenshots and pictures with few colors can get bigger as JPG. Tap “Convert more images”, choose the images again, then lower the quality under “More options” before converting. If it is still bigger, the original is already smaller, so if you do not need a JPG, just keep the original.
